Statement by European businesses on Platform-to-Business Regulation | 6th December

“The P2B Regulation is a crucial piece of legislation for European businesses. The European Parliament is a good first step which rightly recognises that more needs to be done to ensure basic rules of fairness and transparency and prevent abusive practices that stifle innovation and restrict consumer choice. European businesses now call on the Member States to seize the opportunity of the proposed Regulation and support the growth of the European digital economy.”
